Our culture defines the way we work and it embodies our values. We're constantly refining it in the following ways:
Culture and communications team
This team, made up of people from across the business, meets regularly to ensure our values are upheld through a programme of events, get-togethers and corporate social responsibility.
Each quarter, the whole business escapes for a few days to step back, reflect, share knowledge, focus on the future and of course, have fun. Our summer Escape is four days long and usually abroad. Previously, we've stayed in a castle in Spain and by the sea in the south of France.
Once a month we come together for a team meeting followed by a 'Purple'. This could be anything from learning the dance routine to 'Thriller’ to decorating cakes.
For the last three years we have partnered with Centrepoint, which helps homeless young people across the UK. We support the charity through pro-bono consulting and fundraising events.
We recognise success through awards. Each quarter, we hold ‘Individual’ and ‘Team of the Quarter’ awards, and each year, we run our ‘Values’ award ceremony.
