- Integrity and accountability: we do what we say and do it well
- Collaboration: we believe working together is the key to success
- Sense of humour and perspective: we take our work seriously but not ourselves
- Positive pragmatism: we have a ‘can-do’ attitude based on realistic goals
Our culture defines the way we work and it embodies our values. We're constantly refining it in the following ways:
Culture and communications team
This team, made up of people from across the business, meets regularly to ensure our values are upheld through a programme of events, get-togethers and corporate social responsibility.
Each quarter, the whole business escapes for a few days to step back, reflect, share knowledge, focus on the future and of course, have fun. Our summer Escape is four days long and usually abroad. Previously, we've stayed in a castle in Spain and by the sea in the south of France.
Once a month we come together for a team meeting followed by a 'Purple'. This could be anything from learning the dance routine to 'Thriller’ to decorating cakes.
This year, we are supporting Children with Cancer UK through pro-bono consulting and fundraising events. Children with Cancer UK fund a variety of work aimed at alleviating the pain and suffering caused by childhood cancer. They fund pioneering research that will lead to the development of more effective treatments and invest in welfare projects to support families who are enduring the pain and upheaval of their child's illness.
In previous years, we have partnered with Centrepoint, a charity which supports homeless 16 - 25 year olds to find a home and a job.
We recognise success through awards. Each quarter, we hold ‘Individual’ and ‘Team of the Quarter’ awards, and each year, we run our ‘Values’ award ceremony.
