PPM specialism

We are a highly reputable, niche PPM advisory services firm whose consultants all have a minimum of four years PPM consulting experience.

Our consultants are all qualified PPM specialists in terms of delivery experience, accreditation and experience.

We work on some of the largest and most complex programmes in Europe including the Transport for London £12bn Investment Programme and the NHS National IT Programme.

We are proud to have received a major national-level award in every year of our existence including:
