Adam joined Moorhouse Consulting from Accenture Consulting. He has a robust foundation of consulting skills alongside the ability to think innovatively and creatively. His varied experience includes multiple roles on a global HR Transformation programme including process analysis and design, process improvement, training design and delivery and he has successfully supported a number of complex and challenging transformation programmes for clients in the Telecoms and Utilities sectors including BT and National Grid. He is a highly motivated and committed change management consultant with significant knowledge of structured project and programme management methodologies and the end to end project lifecycle. He has gained experience working under pressure to tight deadlines across a broad range of business transformation projects, including those with the additional challenges involved in working internationally.
Qualifications
Adam has a degree in Economics from The University of Birmingham and is trained in structured project and programme management methodologies and change enablement methodologies.
Interests
Adam is a keen sportsman and will happily give any sport a go be it with racket, bat or ball and is keen to volunteer in sports development in the local community. He also enjoys keeping up to date with global economic developments and news.
