Anna Chatfield - Manager

Experience

Anna is an experienced consultant specialising in Programme and Project Management, Organisation Design and Change Management. She joined Moorhouse from Deloitte’s consulting practice where she successfully supported a range of high profile and challenging programmes across a range of industries, including Telecoms, Financial Services, Retail and the Public Sector. 
Anna has supported a number of clients including the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, Thomson Reuters, T-Mobile, TK Maxx and Deutsche Bank. Anna’s roles covered leading strategy-led organisation design, change management programmes and transitional activities.
Anna’s approach is to work collaboratively with clients to meet the project’s objectives and share knowledge and tools with the client teams.

Qualifications

Anna has a 1st class degree in Management Science, foundation CIMA qualification and is an accredited MSP Practitioner.

Interests

In her spare time Anna enjoys cooking and is currently completing a Cordon Bleu diploma so has many dinner guests to cook for at the weekends. She is also continuing with the DIY in her never ending flat improvements and has gained some additional skills in tiling and laying floors.
