Caroline Brown - HR Consultant

Experience

Caroline Brown has over ten years experience in human resources, organisational design and change management. In the last four years, she has specialised in change management and restructuring within the public sector.

Caroline gained her human resource consulting experience with KPMG Australia.

Before joining Moorhouse Consultancy, she worked for a number of private and public sector bodies. Most recently, Caroline has worked for Transport for London in a number of project roles involving internal capability development programmes, organisational restructure and change management. She has also consulted to the Royal Bank of Scotland, ‘rolling out’ a new behavioural based competency model. Before leaving Australia, Caroline was involved with helping the Royal Automobile Club design, develop and implement a reward and recognition framework.

Qualifications

Caroline holds a Masters in Human Resource Management.

Interests

Caroline is a keen traveller and an advent runner; she has partaken in the odd triathlon and is keen to try any sport at least once. Caroline participated in the Moorhouse Bike Run team for a 40 hour run on behalf of Great Ormond Street Hospital Childrens Charity.
