Dahlia Marcusfield - Senior Consultant

Experience

Dahlia’s project and programme management experience has been gained over three years working for Accenture, primarily in the private sector. She has successfully completed several engagements with blue-chip clients including Sainsbury’s, Shell Retail and Unilever.

Dahlia’s consulting experience includes large scale change management, outsourcing, project management and business transformation assignments. In addition, she has worked on a number of IT implementations (namely Content Management Systems). Dahlia greatly enjoys working alongside clients and believes that effective stakeholder management is fundamental to generating real business transformation.

Qualifications

Dahlia holds a degree in International History and Political Science from University of Nottingham and has PRINCE2 project management accreditation. 

Interests

Dahlia is a keen traveller who has enjoyed backpacking  in Cambodia, observing polar bears in Alaska and piranha fishing in Brazil. Outside of work, Dahlia enjoys a wide range of sports including swimming, but finds a considerable amount of her free time is taken up watching the ‘beautiful game’ at Emirates/ Wembley.
