Damian Pearce - Principal

 

Experience

Damian, previously a manager within Accenture’s Communications and High Technology service line, has extensive experience of programme leadership and delivery – particularly in the government, communications and high technology sectors.

Damian is a former Royal Marines officer. He has considerable experience of managing large-scale programmes involving the transformation of processes, technology, systems, operations and organisational structure at a corporate level. Damian’s breadth of delivery experience ranges from providing strategic advice, a skill developed whilst at Mercer Management Consulting, to major programme delivery including network integration, desktop refreshment, knowledge management solution design and quality improvement planning.

Qualifications

Damian is a graduate of Biological Science from Warwick University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultancy and is a MSP Advanced Practitioner.

Interests

Outside of work Damian is married to a GP and has two small, but rapidly growing, children. After a long career as a keen rugby player, Damian has now hung up his boots to focus on his other, less painful, hobbies which include sailing, running and mountain biking.
