David Epps - Manager

 

Experience

David has project and programme management experience built up over a number of years across a variety of public and private sector organisations supporting the delivery of many large scale PPM assignments. Whilst working for Deloitte, his work spanned business case development, portfolio prioritisation, PMO set up and delivery under Prince2 methods, organisational and business process design, financial modelling and activity based resource modelling.

His previous clients include the NHS, Ministry of Defence, Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, the Highways Agency and Britannia Building Society.  With a solid grounding in PPM, he is passionate about the benefits of structured, pragmatic and collaborative project and programme management. 

Qualifications

David graduated from the London School of Economics with a degree in Management and is currently completing his strategic level Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) exams.  He also holds PRINCE2 accreditation. 

Interests

Outside of work David enjoys cycling, rugby and squash as well as photography.  Fuelled by his passion for travel and food, David is a budding chef and enjoys making the most from his 8ft square central London vegetable/herb garden.
