Ewan has consulting experience across a variety of industry sectors, primarily in Telecoms, Media & Technology and the Healthcare industry with clients such as BT, AstraZeneca and BUPA International. He has led a number of initiatives from running the PMO of a key programme, to re-engineering a critical business process, and developing and deploying a regional training capability to support newly launched products to drive revenue across APAC. Ewan worked for Accenture before joining Moorhouse.
At Moorhouse, Ewan is developing process a re-engineering and process improvement methodology to further build Moorhouse's Operating model service proposition. He also led an internal project to select and deploy an enabling Customer Relationship Management tool, which has had a significant transformational impact across the business, showing that Moorhouse can and does 'take its own medicine' in managing and driving organisational and behavioural change. Ewan is pragmatic regarding the different methodology and recognises that different situations often require different tools to achieve the change required.

Ewan has a First Class degree from the University of Edinburgh, is a Practitioner of Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), MoP and PRINCE2, and is Foundation certified at DSDM Atern Agile.

Outside work Ewan tends to rest on past sporting laurels. Shamefully his stellar performance at cross country in his youth is a more frequent topic of conversation than his current limited sporting prowess. With one marathon under his belt he is looking to friends to goad him into more. Nowadays his favourite pastimes are trekking, climbing and scuba diving. Partly inspired by an international background from his childhood years and at times enabled by his extremely basic Arabic and Nepalese, Ewan also indulges his interest in other cultures, international politics and photography. He has just started writing a blog about venues in some of the cities he is most fond of.
