Findlay Young - Manager 
Findlay is an experienced project and programme manager, able to work through the complete life-cycle from strategy, business case, initiation, and delivery, through to benefits realisation. He has strong experience in working in multi-site organisations across wide geographies. Findlay has worked in both consultancy and line management roles and thrives on both the opportunity to focus on a single major programme and to manage a portfolio of smaller projects.
Findlay joined Moorhouse Consulting from property services and construction company Rok, where he led business transformation. Prior to this, his management consultancy experience included PricewaterhouseCoopers and The Berkeley Partnership and he headed change management for ICI Dulux Decorator Centres.
Findlay’s experience includes both public and private sectors, having worked with clients such as Office of the Public Guardian, Ministry of Defence, Barclays, Lloyds, Shell, and Marks & Spencer.
Findlay has a Computer Science degree from University of Strathclyde and is trained in change management, structured project management and is a Certified Master Coach.
Findlay is an active supporter of Cancer Research UK having completed several marathons, ultra marathons and 4 half marathons in 24 hours, in each UK country. Findlay’s greatest challenge was his Great World Run - 24 half marathons, 24 consecutive days, 24 global cities, which generated large sums of money and huge amounts of media attention – including live coverage on BBC1.
