Experience

Greg has been involved in Project and Programme Management (PPM) consulting for many years, specialising in working with public and private sector clients to deliver large-scale business change initiatives.

As a Programme Leadership Consultant for Deloitte Consulting, Greg assisted a broad range of organisations, such as Transport for London, the BBC, Jobcentre Plus and Hewlett-Packard. He was also active in developing PPM methodology and tutoring on training courses.

Before joining the consulting world, Greg worked for four years in implementing news and data solutions in financial services in New York and Milan.

Qualifications

Greg has completed an MBA at the London Business School and gained PPM accreditation (Prince2, PMP).

Interests

Outside of work, Greg enjoys creative writing (even though progress on his first novel appears to be painfully erratic) and travelling throughout SE Asia (where he has developed an expertise in the somewhat obscure art of Cambodian silk farming).
