James Stephens - Manager
James brings many years of consulting experience from his previous position as a Manager at Accenture, where he developed his programme and project management skills within their global Customer Relationship Management practice. James was responsible for managing the delivery of transformational business change projects to customer facing operations for both private and public sector organisations. James is a firm believer that successful project delivery is founded on establishing open working relationships with client teams and stakeholders, and has put this approach into practice with organisations across a number of industries, ranging from the management of large scale programme delivery at BT and the Department for Works and Pensions, to online travel agency Opodo. At Opodo, James teamed with the Head of Sales Centre Operations to translate strategic ambition into pragmatic measures to improve the operational performance of a European wide network of contact centres. Qualifications James is a Prince2 Practitioner and graduate of Warwick University in Economics & International Studies. Interests Outside of work, James enjoys playing squash and likes to think he is an improving skier. James is also passionate about travelling and recently spent seven months traversing the globe, spending time in Argentina (learning Spanish and working at an animal rehabilitation park), Australasia, Borneo and India.
