Jason Byrne - Manager

 

Experience

Jason's project and programme management experience has been gained over a number of years working for Deloitte, primarily in the public sector.  He has successfully completed many engagements with large public sector clients including Transport for London and Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs.

Jason's consulting experience includes the development of enterprise-level cost models and benefits management solutions as well as providing advisory support in relation to issues of commercial negotiation and stakeholder management. With a solid grounding in PPM, he is passionate about the benefits of collaborative working across teams and effective management of stakeholders to drive transformation.

Qualifications
Jason holds a Masters of Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham and has PRINCE2 project management accreditation.

Interests
Outside of work, Jason enjoys a multitude of sports as well as the challenge of being on the leadership team of a growing local church - who are subjected to his musical exploits on a regular basis.
