Experience

Jason is the Institute of Business Consulting's Management Consultant of the Year 2009. Jason's project and programme management experience has been gained over a number of years working for both Deloitte and Moorhouse, primarily in the public sector. His engagement work has included large public sector clients ranging from Transport for London and Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs, to NHS Connecting for Health and the Department of Health.
Jason's consulting experience includes PPM capability development, delivery of complex programmes, the development of enterprise-level cost models and benefits management solutions as well as providing advisory support in relation to issues of commercial negotiation and stakeholder management. With a solid grounding in PPM, he is passionate about the benefits of collaborative working across teams and effective management of stakeholders to drive transformation.

Qualifications

As well as professional memberships, Jason holds a Masters of Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham, has PRINCE2 & MSP project management qualifications and is a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC) with the Institute of Business Consultants.

Interests

Outside of work, Jason enjoys a multitude of sports as well as the challenge of being on the leadership team of a growing local church - who are subjected to his musical exploits on a regular basis!
