John Perry - Principal

 

Experience

John is an experienced programme management and business change consultant, with over twenty years' experience for a broad spectrum of public and private sector clients.  John gained extensive consulting experience with Partners for Change, a practice specialising in business change services, and with Deloitte Consulting, as a Manager in their Programme Leadership practice.

Previously, he worked as a project and programme manager mainly in the construction industry. John specialises in programme set-up and diagnosis services and in embedding business change practices related to major transformation initiatives. He has also developed and led client ‘in-house’ training programmes, and often advises clients on recruitment to senior positions.

Qualifications

John is a Chartered Engineer with MBA and MSc qualifications; he is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultancy and a Member of the Association for Project Management. 

Interests

Outside of work, John is a keen skier and sailor and has recently completed the restoration of a derelict period property – something he vows never to do again!
