Keith Clark - Principal

 

Experience

Keith has many years experience in project and programme management, across public and private sectors, and has managed both large-scale transformation programmes and a wide variety of PPM-centred consulting assignments. He has extensive international experience, which has helped him to develop a personal and effective approach to managing cultural and communication boundaries.

Before joining Moorhouse, Keith worked for KPMG Consulting and then Atos Consulting, where he consistently approached PPM from a people and change perspective, as he believes strongly in managing change and maximising client benefit through an accent on people. As a Partner at Atos, he headed up the ongoing development of their programme management capability. 

Before moving into the consulting business, he worked in the electronics industry, for multi-national organisations like Hitachi Europe, where he occupied a number of senior management positions.

Qualifications

Keith has a degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Birmingham. He is an accredited MSP Advanced Practitioner, an accredited PRINCE2 Practitioner and a certified Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP).

Interests

Outside of work, Keith loves the combined pleasures of photography, and travelling – which is fortunate as he can visit many of his friends that seem to have left the UK in recent years (no, he says it’s nothing to do with the karaoke sessions he enforces on them at dinner parties, a legacy from working in Asia). He also spends a lot of his time trying to be better than his son (14) at skiing and snowboarding, but is rapidly coming to the conclusion that gracious losing is a sign of maturity.
