Kenneth Kwabiah - Manager

 

Experience

Kenneth has many years of experience in successfully delivering complex programmes and projects. In recent years, he has led project management initiatives across various sectors but targeted principally within significant Financial Services, Telecoms and Consumer Business organisations. 

He played a key delivery management role for the Barclays (Pension Administration) Aston programme which involved an operational IT deployment, re-engineering of nine key organisation-wide business processes, the creation of a management information reporting capability and implementation of a continuous improvement project function. Prior to this he worked for several consultancy firms harnessing technology and process engineering skills to enable business transformation.

Qualifications 

Kenneth holds a BA in Social and Political Science from Cambridge University and has PRINCE2 project management accreditation

Interests

Outside of work, Kenneth has recently become a volunteer mentor for an organisation helping students from disadvantaged backgrounds.  He has a keen interest in sport, enjoys amateur photography, film, and has a passion for technology.  He hopes one day to unite these interests by making a film on Super 8 about his sporting heroes: McEnroe, Maradona and Michael Jordan!
