Paul Mansell - Director

"After five years of consulting experience and becoming a Director of a ‘Big Four’ consultancy I was keen to be involved in the success of a younger and more focused firm. Moorhouse Consulting is far smaller than a ‘Big Four’ consultancy but for me this meant an energising return to a focused professional offering and a very dynamic enterprise. The speed of change, the client-tailored and collaborative working methods and the drive of a great team has made this, for me, a far more exciting place to be than I had ever imagined.

The team has recently had a number of client success stories which have seen Moorhouse Consulting and, more importantly, its clients win prestigious awards - adding to the resolve of our unique offering. The range of client engagements for the team is growing and noticeably adding to our capability and confidence as a fast growing firm.

There is a great deal of activity outside of client delivery including racing yachts, an upcoming team building trip to the French Alps, the delivery of a seminar amongst many other business development activities. This is testament to the commitment of the team and the range of experiences we all bring; the sense of collective purpose in growing the firm has brought very different individuals together all sharing in the success of the wider effort. It’s this mix of dynamic individuals that provides such an interesting, growing and enjoyable working environment. I suppose I would characterise my colleagues as professionals who take their jobs very seriously but thankfully not themselves – a good mix - certainly one I’m proud and continually excited to be associated with."
