Nick is a seasoned consultant with over fifteen years' experience in both the public and private sectors. Nick has strong consulting, PPM and Change management skills gained whilst working at major consulting firms including Atos KPMG Consulting and Andersen Consulting. Nick has led teams on a wide range of projects and programmes ranging from process led business transformations through to systems reviews.
Whilst business focused, Nick also has earlier experience of systems development and maintains a good understanding of IT. Most recently, Nick has worked on a number of high profile programmes at BT, which were focused on Operating model implementation, network Cost reduction and implementing a new Change process for BTGS. Prior to this, he was involved in implementing a productivity benchmarking system for NHS London. He has also worked in the Education, Utilities, Finance, Transport and Central Government sectors.

Nick is a PRINCE2, MSP and an ODR Change Management practitioner. He is DSDM Atern accredited and is a member of the Association for Project Management. He has a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from UMIST and an MSc in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from The Cranfield Institute of Technology.

Outside of work, Nick has an active lifestyle: he is a keen tennis player, enjoys a round of golf and likes holiday sailing. Nick and family try and get away to the slopes each year. Nick is kept busy at weekends ferrying his two sons to various sporting and other extra-curricular activities. As parent governor at Ashley CofE Primary SchoolI in Walton-on-Thames, he has been in charge of fund raising in support of a £3.6m build, with £120,000 having been raised in the last year.
