Nick Fletcher - Manager

Experience

Nick’s project and programme management experience has been gained over a number of years working as a big-firm consultant in public and private sector organisations. Nick joined from Deloitte where he worked in their Programme Leadership practice, focusing on operations improvements and M&A integration.

His clients include Transport for London, Defra, the Lord Chancellor’s Department, the Department for Social Services (now DWP) GlaxoSmithKline, Smiths Medical and Merrill Lynch.

Qualifications

Nick holds certification in PRINCE2, Clarity (the Niku PPM tool) and Six Sigma. Nick’s work has always focused on the identification, delivery and implementation of operational benefits through structured and pragmatic project management.

Interests

Outside of work, Nick is passionate about cricket (he captains a side in the Surrey Championship) and also plays football and golf. He has recently also started to play the guitar and engage in some amateur crooning; we have committed to Nick not to share this information more widely.
