Our values underpin the behaviour of the individuals within our team and describe how we do business.
We believe that our values should apply to all of our activities and not just how we engage with our clients. We aim to be consistent in the way we conduct ourselves with clients, business partners, employees and, even, competitors. No one is perfect all the time, but everyone in our team aspires to and believes in the following values... Integrity and accountability We believe that integrity and accountability are fundamental to consulting. At Moorhouse Consulting, we do what we say we are going to do and we don't believe consulting is ever about ‘passing the buck'. Collaboration We believe that how we do things is as important as what we do, so our approach is always collaborative in relation to working alongside our clients and together as a firm. Our experience is that working closely as a team always produces better results. Sense of humour and perspective We make sure we take our work seriously but never ourselves.
