Samir has ten years experience in management and technology consulting. Prior to joining Moorhouse, Samir worked for Deloitte Consulting within their IT Infrastructure & Governance practice.
Samir has worked with an extensive client base, including RBS, G4S, BT, Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and Transport for London. He is well-versed in project and programme management disciplines, including change management, portfolio management, programme governance and controls, PMO set-up and delivery, stakeholder engagement, finance and cost modelling, benefits realisation and programme turnaround.
One of Samir's specialisms is the management of complex ICT programmes across the TMT, Financial Services and Legal sectors. He has built in-depth experience of 'full lifecycle' ICT deployment, including strategy, business case and budget definition; requirements analysis; hands-on' 3rd party supplier / vendor management and contract negotiation; ICT sourcing / procurement; technical architecture definition and 'Design Authority' oversight; migration planning and execution; transition and transformation management; and product and software delivery lifecycle management.

Samir has a Masters Degress in Chemistry (MChem) from the University of Oxford. He is a PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner, and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). He is a member of the Association for Project Management (APM) and the Institute of Consulting (IC).

Outside of work, Samir enjoys a range of sporting and social activities. He is a keen tennis player, and is currently also learning to ski. In addition, Samir regularly practises yoga and a range of martial arts, as part of his slightly misguided quest to become the 'Indian Bruce Lee'. He also enjoys socialising with friends, watching movies and travelling.
