Scott has over ten years' experience supporting large scale programmes, primarily in the Financial services and Telecommunications/High Tech sectors. Prior to joining Moorhouse, Scott worked at Deloitte and Accenture where he focused on translating business strategy into programmes of work and led major process and technology change initiatives.
Experienced in working with Board level stakeholders, he has led both consultant and client teams in some of the largest programmes in the UK and Europe. His ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships was put to good effect when leading the definition of the vision and establishing a governance model for a programme on the Government's Major Projects list, and then going on to establish a supporting programme office.
Scott's other strengths lie in strategic analysis, definition and change to business and technology architectures to maximise effectiveness of core components, including the operational models and supporting infrastructure. Utilising these strengths he successfully led the Day 1 IT separation for Ford Motor Company during the sale of Jaguar-Land Rover, and the pre-deal IT due diligence for Global Infrastructure Partners when they acquired Gatwick Airport.
His strong focus on delivery is backed up by a committed, well-organised and creative nature. Passionate about the benefits of well-executed programme management and working in close collaboration with client teams, his discipline leads and drives strategic transformation.

Scott has an Honours degree in Business, Economics and Social Studies (BESS) and a Master of Arts degree, from Trinity College, Dublin. He is an accredited PRINCE2, MSP and MoP Practitioner and a Full Member of the Association for Project Management (APM) and the Institute of Consulting (IC).

Scott has a keen interest for travel, sports and music, and has found ways to combine these passions on a number of occasions spending many weekends in Europe following the adventures of his hometown rugby team, Leinster. He has also been able to convince friends and family to set aside their summer vacation time to attend a number of music festivals in sunny Spain.
However, his zest for such activities has been put on 'temporary hold' following the arrival of his first child, a daughter who is the apple of his eye and who occupies much of his free time. When Scott does find some spare time, he tries to fit in the odd game of squash, play football with friends in a London-based team he set up 10 years ago, and enhance his budding abilities as an amateur photographer.
