Experience

Seb, Finalist of the APM's Young Project Manager of the Year Award 2008, has developed expertise in project and programme management whilst working as a consultant at Deloitte and Corporate Sense Services, and as an Engineering scholar at ICI. During this time, he has led and supported projects at a number of large Public Sector and blue-chip organisations, including Transport for London, Royal Mail, the NHS, ICI and Cable & Wireless.

Seb’s consulting experience spans many aspects of PPM and business transformation. He has led Programme Office implementations at Royal Mail and NHS, supporting stakeholders in defining project, risk, and benefits processes, and rolling-out a governance structure and PPM tool. He has also provided project and change management support to large transformation projects at Royal Mail and Cable & Wireless (where he was responsible for the delivery of operational improvements in six countries).

Qualifications

Prior to moving into consulting, Seb achieved a first class Engineering degree and spent eighteen months working with ICI on a number of projects during an Engineering scholarship. He has also achieved PRINCE2 accreditation.

Interests

Outside of work, Seb is a keen footballer, both playing in a local team and doggedly cheering Spurs to mid-table mediocrity. Snowboarding and scuba diving provide excitement when Spurs fail to deliver. Having had the opportunity to live in Germany, Thailand, the US and the Caribbean over the last five years, Seb also enjoys immersing himself in different cultures.
