Team Meetings and Escapes

Key to the growth of Moorhouse Consulting is the involvement of all staff and associates in the business development of the firm. Allocated time to reflect on our performance as a consulting team and to share knowledge is a necessary investment - even in the midst of busy client engagements

• Team Meetings
  To ensure that we are all able to draw on the support and advice of colleagues, the Moorhouse Consulting team meets monthly, to share engagement progress and service delivery issues. This shared forum also allows collective contribution to the development of the company.
  
• Quarterly Escapes
  Our quarterly escapes play an important role in the life of Moorhouse Consulting - a chance for the whole team to share and resolve client engagement issues, to receive professional development updates and to contribute to the firm's future development plans.

  

• Annual Escapes
  Once a year, the whole team retreats for five days to intensively review and plan for the firm's following financial year. The annual escape also provides an opportunity for the team to receive training and updates in the area of programme management 'best practice'. Our first retreat saw the team travel to the French Alps for a mixture of business planning, skills training, team activities (mountaineering, skiing etc) and some well earned social rest. Our 2007 escape took place in the Toubkal mountains of Morocco and followed a similar busy agenda.
