  • Experience
    Read more

Tim has over ten years consulting experience across a variety of industry sectors, including clients such as Vodafone, a Tier 1 investment bank, BT, Smiths Group and MoD. Starting his career with Deloitte Consulting, Tim worked on a number of high profile, large scale systems implementation, process re-engineering and transformation programmes, before joining Wexner, a niche finance and performance management consultancy.

Building a wealth of experience from several finance and procurement transformation programmes, he studied and obtained chartered status as a management accountant (CIMA), becoming a prize winner for global top three finishes on two of his exams. He also has experience of managing transformational change in both the US and mainland Europe.

Since joining Moorhouse, Tim has led and shaped major change programmes, managing mixed teams including clients, consultants and outsource partners, working with people to deliver sustainable business benefits. With a clear focus on pragmatic delivery rather than methodology and toolsets, Tim appreciates that the discipline provided by a structured approach can help to deliver the desired results.

When he isn't at work, Tim spends his time between London and Ireland, enjoying the wealth of amenities and variety available in London, as well as the space, fresh air and quieter pursuits of rural Ireland.

A keen independent traveller, having made trips to South East Asia, the Canadian Rockies, Argentina and South Africa in the past five years, he is an avid reader and loves to combine this with travelling, enjoying the research and planning of his trips.

Tim keeps trim by running as often as he can, playing 7-a-side football in a London-based league and, when he gets the chance, likes to get on the golf course, although this is currently not frequently enough for him to see any signs of genuine progress in his game.
