Experience

Tony has extensive experience of delivering exceptional organisation, technology and process change for businesses ranging from small enterprises to international corporations.
Tony's previous consulting experience includes nine years with Deloitte Consulting and his roles have included undertaking programme health-checks and establishing effective programme management processes that underpin delivery.

With a focus on Financial Services and the Public Sector, Tony is accomplished in programme managing the delivery of business transformation, creating new business units and achieving performance improvement.

Qualifications

He has an Engineering degree, an MBA from Cranfield University and is a MSP Advanced Practitioner.

Interests

Tony is a competent skier and enjoys playing squash and football - though his spare time is now spent (more exhaustingly) with his two young sons.
