Tracy Pemberton - Manager

Experience

Tracy’s programme and project management expertise has been developed over a number of years working for PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as a civil servant working for a number of public sector organisations.  During this time Tracy has led and supported large and complex programmes for various central government clients including the Department for Education and Skills, the National Assessment Agency, the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

Tracy’s consulting experience covers the full spectrum of PPM activity from setting up and running a Programme Management Office for the DfES to the management of the National Curriculum Tests Programme responsible for a budget of £30m per annum.   Tracy has also provided project and change management support to large transformation projects at the National Assessment Agency and ODPM.

Qualifications

Tracy has a degree in History and a Masters in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Leicester.  She is also a registered PRINCE 2 practitioner.

Interests

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys a range of sports including scuba diving, running and swimming.  She enjoys learning new things and has recently returned from her first skiing trip with no broken bones.
