Yvette Kubica - Manager

Yvette has six years experience in management consulting and has gained her project and programme management experience by working on numerous client engagements, both in the public and private sectors. She has successfully completed projects for clients such as NHS, HMRC, BT, Bayer, InterContinental, News International and 3663. Yvette previously worked for Deloitte (2001-2007), where she was part of the Strategy consulting practice and gained strategy experience including developing company strategies, 3-5 year business plans and conducting various types of analysis (e.g. market analysis, customer analysis, competitor analysis, internal capability assessments and gap analysis). She has also worked on large public procurement programmes, mainly focusing on business requirements development, set up and management of PMOs and business case development. Yvette greatly enjoys working together with clients to achieve their business goals, providing outcomes that will make a real difference to the organisation and individuals in the short and long term future.
 
Qualifications
Yvette holds a degree in Business Studies and a Master in European Business from the CASS Business School in London. She also has a PRINCE2 project management accreditation.

Interests

Outside of work, Yvette enjoys a variety of sports like skiing, running, and tennis. She loves travelling, discovering new cultures and socialising with friends. To relax, she enjoys singing and painting (landscapes especially). She has recently conducted a Kriya yoga workshop and tells us that she derives her high energy levels from this set of simple body movements and breathing exercises. Yvette is passionate about personal development and has attended various workshops. In 2006, Yvette conducted a professional life coach training and has since then also been coaching people in her spare time.
