As a consultancy practice, our core asset is clearly our people. Establishing a reputation for consistently outstanding client delivery through succeeding in the ‘market for talent' is a central component of Moorhouse Consulting's strategy.

As a deliberate recruitment policy, we only employ experienced, 'upper quartile' PPM specialists with a background of practice within a global management consultancy firm. This policy enables a very consistent message of quality to be communicated to our clients.

We have a clear focus on delivering programme and project leadership consulting - based on the view that this is a core tenet of corporate strategy translation. Our vision is to become a differentiated consulting practice that is readily recognisable as experts in relation to structuring and delivering business transformation through programme and project delivery.

To develop this programme leadership specialisation, we mandate for all our Consulting Team to have project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP etc), professional accreditation (APM, PMI etc) and, ideally, an MBA or CIMA qualification.
