Moving Beyond Terminal 5
BAA, like many organisations, is on an extended journey to deliver improved customer service, through massive, long term capital investment programmes. This is in an environment of rising expectation, complexity and public scrutiny. The recent opening of Heathrow Terminal 5 has graphically highlighted these challenges and the implications of anything less than 100% success.
