Managing Innovation Projects Innovation projects require special skills and dynamism, often characterized by the use of temporary, problem orientated project groups. The increased pace of transformation occurring within organizations and the challenges of competition often requires continuous differentiation of products and services. Prototyping and innovation projects are therefore gaining importance. Whilst following many of the controls for any other “project” they can require special consideration in certain areas. The seminar looks at some examples of innovation projects and identifies best practice for successful implementation.
