Stakeholder Management

Shaping the benefits realisation “tipping point”

Benefits realisation necessitates both a structured programme management discipline (‘the science’) and change management competence (‘the art’). This latter aspect ‘lives or dies’ on the ability to proactively anticipate and influence the ‘hearts and minds’ of all affected stakeholders. The principles are well-versed but this session will seek to get ‘beneath the theory’ and examine ‘best practice’ execution – based on delegates’ grounded experience of managing stakeholders on complex programmes.
