- OverviewRead more
The Moorhouse career experience is different; it gives you a stream of opportunities to develop - personally and professionally. Not only will you be helping your clients to successfully deal with their business issues, but you'll be directly involved with running Moorhouse. Every quarter the whole firm 'Escapes' for 24 hours to plan how to take the business forward. So as well as learning more about how to run the company, you'll have the opportunity to influence its direction.
Moorhouse really is a unique place to be, a place where the only limit to your career development will be your enthusiasm for seizing the opportunities that are presented to you.
- Working with clientsRead more
The client experience at Moorhouse is also different. Our typically small client facing teams function at the apex of business transformation: supporting and advising business leaders with the delivery of large, complex programmes. Senior client exposure on challenging engagements is a given from day one.
- Learning and developmentRead more
In addition to learning from doing, you'll be learning by association. If programme and project management is what makes you tick, then working with colleagues who are experts in this field will allow you to learn from and share ideas with like minded colleagues who are just as passionate about your chosen field as you are.
We take training very seriously. Not only will we sponsor you for either Prince2 or MSP qualifications if you don't already have them; but learning opportunities abound with in-house training sessions. Typically, we hold training events once or twice a month on subjects ranging from portfolio management to negotiation skills, facilitation to business development.
Finally, as well as giving you great opportunities to learn and develop as consultants, we're good at recognising when you're ready to take the next step up in your career. Promotion in Moorhouse is meritocratic – there are no quotas and no time in grade. When you're ready, we promote you – why wouldn't we?
