Moorhouse PPM metoring scheme - compass

compass is our unique new PPM mentoring scheme, matching our award-winning PPM practitioners with individuals in our client’s organisations who are looking to improve their PPM capability in specific areas.

The Moorhouse mentor and client ‘mentee’ embark on a structured programme of one-to-one learning and development, usually over a six or twelve month period, that takes in core PPM and related management and leadership skills, and is tailored to the mentee’s personal and professional objectives.
