    Moorhouse worked with the Financial Times (FT) on a programme of activity focused on improving understanding of how organisations can maximise the benefits realised from their business transformation activities.

    As part of this collaboration we completed a significant FT & Moorhouse survey amongst both public and private sector organisations which helped us better understand the situation, particularly in those organisations that have already taken explicit steps to manage benefits.
