    Senior Responsible Owners (SROs) are under pressure to deliver the benefits of their complex programmes in an increasingly challenging economic climate. In association with the Home Office, Association for Project Management, APM Group and BT, we undertook research amongst 80 SROs accountable for delivery of programmes with a collective value of more than £24bn to gain an insight into their attitudes to programme leadership, benefits realisation, programme governance and training and development.
