The Moorhouse Approach to Programmes and Projects (mapp™) is a structured approach for the delivery of projects and programmes.
Unlike many tools we've seen in other organisations, mapp™ is a fully comprehensive framework (covering all elements of delivery from start-up to benefits realisation), providing over 100 detailed guidance documents and templates for (entirely customised) use in delivery with our clients.
Tailored versions of the framework are available for both 'delivery' and 'outsourcing' projects, with more 'flavours' in development.
The mapp™ framework (and associated web tool) provides:
- A single, common, structured and repeatable approach to delivery.
- A wealth of guidance, reference documents and templates.
- A framework for delivery which can be either used standalone by our clients, or by Moorhouse practitioners as part of every engagement we do.
