We typically work with you throughout our diagnoses so that your own people really understand the issues at stake and are already well placed to introduce improvements as our initial diagnosis draws to a close.
Our diagnostic work is normally interview based, with interviews taking place at all levels across the organisation from users, to project team members, to programme and project owbers, and into the board room. We work closely with you to ensure that findings are correctly interpreted and then compare them with our extensive knowledge of external best practice. Gaps are then identified and practical measures suggested, tailored to the capabilities of each individual organisation.
