We then communicate the under-lying causes of the challenges facing the programme team to our clients, develop a clear set of corrective action recommendations, a plan for delivery, suggestions on prioritisation of resources and time, and (where appropriate) provide a set of tools to support the existing team.
Additionally, we can provide coaching and guidance (through our COMPASS coaching and mentoring programme) to key individuals in the governance chain to ensure clear business ownership and an appropriate connection into the organisation's decision-making processes.
