Dahlia specialises in progamme and project management. Having previously worked for Accenture, Dahlia has successfully completed several engagements working cross-sector with blue-chip companies including Sainsbury's, Shell, Unilever, BT and EMI. In addition to key public sector organisations including the Department of Health and Ministry of Defence (MoD). Her consulting experience has been wide ranging and includes large scale change management, capability enhancement and business transformation.
Passionate about capability enhancement Dahlia led a global training 'road-show' for EMI ensuring a consistent application of a tailor-made PPM methodology across four continents. The resulting tools, processes and guidance materials are still being used across EMI today to deliver wide scale transformation change.
Dahlia believes the key to successful business transformation is a clear well communicated vision, early stakeholder management, consistent senior level endorsement and effective risk management. Consequently, she thrives on identifying solutions and implementing remedies to support her clients in realising their goals.

Dahlia enjoys travelling and photography, and where possible combines these by capturing the beauty of untouched striking landscapes from Alaska (Northern Lights), Bali (Hanging Gardens), Cambodia (Anchor Wat) and South Africa (Safari).
Full of top tips about what's going on in London, Dahlia is often found in a jazz cafe, boutique shop or music/food festival and is continuously exploring the capital. An avid Arsenal fan, she can often be found at the Emirates and forms part of the 'red' contingent at Moorhouse.
