Jason is an experienced leader of complex programmes and business transformation. He has delivered on many mutli-year £100M+ programmes, working alongside senior Directors up to Secretary of State and NHS CE level.
Alongside leading complex delivery, his experience includes major programme assurance (Office for Low Emission Vehicles & NHS), complex programme definition & mobilisation (Transport for London & DfT) operating model and industry-wide governance design (NHS, DH), enterprise-scale programme delivery capability development (TfL), complex risk management and senior stakeholder management.
In 2009, selected from across the whole industry, he was awarded the Institute of Business Consultants (IBC) 'Management Consultant of the Year' award. He holds a Masters in Civil Engineering, is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), holds PPM qualifications (PRINCE2 & MSP) and professional memberships with the IBC and Association of Project Managers.

Jason seems to enjoy hard knocks, having played competitive American Football for several years. However, now with several young kids, and less free time, he's more likely to be found running and occasionally limping through endurance races to keep him motivated.
He also enjoys the challenge of being on the leadership team of a growing church working closely with his local community. They are also, however, subjected to his musical exploits on a regular basis, though he assures us this could be considered a good thing!
