Stephen Vinall Stephen joined Moorhouse as Managing Director. He was previously the Managing Director of Tribal (and latterly Capita's) Health Advisory business, a Partner leading the Government consulting business for PIPC and a Director at PwC where he built and led the Programme and Project Management service line. He has over 10 year's experience working in both public and private sector environments of major change such as banking, the airline industry, central government departments, local government organisations and health trusts. Tim Phillips Tim became a member of the Board at the beginning of 2007. He joined the firm in 2006 having previously held senior level roles at M&S and Deloitte Consulting. He has over 20 years of proven project and programme management delivery experience, having led high profile, complex programmes for FTSE 100, central and local government organisations. John joined the firm as a Director from PA Consulting where he was a Partner and deputy head of their Project Management practice. Previously he was a consultant with PwC and before that an Operations Manager for BT. He brings over 15 years experience in shaping, delivering and leading complex change programmes. Read more | |
Richard Goold Richard joined the firm as a Director from KPMG where he was a Director in their Advisory practice. Prior to this, Richard held a position on the Management Consulting Board, which was responsible for the strategic direction and growth of a £75m turnover management and technology consulting and implementation business, of a FTSE listed company. He has over 15 years experience in complex change programmes across the Public sector, Financial services, Insurance and Technology. Read more | |
Jon Russell Jon joined Moorhouse in 2006 and became a member of the Board in 2009. Previously he worked in a variety of key strategic, operational and senior financial positions across businesses ranging from blue chip to SME. Most recently, prior to joining Moorhouse, he successfully guided a boutique travel business through a £20m+ management buy-out backed by private equity. He is responsible for the financial performance of the business, quality of management information, the office, IT, and legal and commercial review of all contracts. Read more |
