Nick's project and programme management experience has been gained through working on large, strategic change programmes across a number of business sectors. He joined Moorhouse from Accenture where he spent over 4 years delivering a diverse range of business transformation and transition projects.
He has worked across Europe delivering complex programme change at a number of clients including Unilever, Thomas Cook, BT, Lloyds Banking Group and Velux. His project experience has been developed across the full transformation life-cycle of pre-sales through to transformation execution and is underpinned by a strong focus on client delivery.
Nick is a skilled, proactive communicator and change manager who believes in working closely with clients to ensure that the full value of business transformation is achieved and maintained.

The majority of Nick's time outside of work is spent enjoying time with his recently expanded family, whilst trying to keep fit through any type of physical exercise in the margins. A keen traveller he has backpacked across the globe with South America still high on his hit list; although the new found joys of fatherhood may put this on ice for the short-term. He has also spent time volunteering for a Christian based NGO in Sub-Saharan Africa for which he still holds great passion and provides continued support.
