Our values underpin the behaviour of the individuals within our team and describe how we do business. Moorhouse believes that our values should apply to all of our activities and not just how we engage with our clients. We aim to be consistent in the way we conduct ourselves with clients, business partners, employees and even competitors.

- Integrity and accountability: We believe that integrity and accountability are fundamental to consulting. At Moorhouse, we do what we say we are going to do and we don't believe consulting is ever about 'passing the buck'.
- Collaboration: We believe that how we do things is as important as what we do, so our approach is always collaborative in relation to working alongside our clients and together as a firm. Our experience is that working closely as a team always produces better results.
