Bea has four years’ experience working across a broad range of sectors including government and public sector, financial services and telecommunications.
Most recently Bea has worked with the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime carrying out a review of the Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG) service landscape in London. Bea helped develop a new Target Operating Model that puts victims’ needs at the heart of a coherent support system, with the ultimate aim of improving consistency of response for victims of VAWG in London.
Prior to joining Moorhouse, Bea worked at Seedrs, one of Europe’s leading equity crowdfunding platforms. Bea worked alongside a range of stakeholders across the business, leading the planning and implementation of a new investor onboarding process which transformed the investor sign up journey for both UK and international investors.
Outside of work, Bea volunteers at a number of charities and organises various charity fundraising events from rounders tournaments to second hand clothes sales. Bea also loves anything food related, and is currently recording a cooking podcast with her Mum, which is yet to be broadcast.Back
