Ben is an experienced business transformation specialist with a strong track record of delivering change in complex, high pressure environments and over a decade of experience within the retail industry.
Ben joined Moorhouse following three years leading a number of complex initiatives as part of the Transformation Division at Sainsbury's. Most recently, he led a project to redesign and launch a new operating model across their petrol station estate. Prior to that, he was the delivery lead on a complex D&T transformation programme with the remit to deliver single-sign in, multifunctional devices across Sainsbury's store estate.
Throughout his tenure, he has supported a number of teams improve their transformational capability by embedding a combination of waterfall, Agile, Kanban, and Scrum practices. Ben has also been responsible for a large-scale supplier partnership programme with the remit to consolidate a number of disparate and costly suppliers into one central location and a broad number of initiatives within Sainsbury's Marketing and HR Divisions.Back
