Cheryl Pilbeam


Cheryl is an experienced programme manager, primarily working in the telecoms, technology, and health sectors. 

At Moorhouse Cheryl has worked on multiple large-scale telecoms network rollout and recovery programmes, innovation in the health sector, and health service transformation at local and national levels. Her specialisms cover project and programme management, performance improvement, infrastructure rollout, customer, and data analysis and insight. 

Cheryl has a background in scrutiny and analysis of policy and legislation. She joined Moorhouse from the House of Commons, where she explained legislation and regulation to MPs, and she previously worked in policy assessment in the charitable sector.

Having rowed for many years, Cheryl was keen to find a new sport that was slightly less punishing. After giving climbing a go, she is now a fully-fledged convert.
