David Griffin

Principal


David has 13 years’ consulting experience delivering complex transformations across foods, other consumer businesses and pharmaceuticals.

His experience includes supply chain management, process re-engineering, change management, performance management, organisational design and procurement contract management. David has also worked as a sales and contract manager on multi-million-pound outsourcing deals. He has strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience in managing complex, high-pressure engagements. David is effective at managing across all levels in an organisation and collaborating effectively across functions.

Outside of work David is a season ticket holder for Harlequins Rugby Football Union Club. Enjoys sports (skiing, cycling, running, hiking) and is member of the Royal United Services Institute.
