David has experience defining, delivering and embedding transformational change across a range of sectors, including financial services, health and TMT.
David has worked with senior stakeholders in a range of organisations to deliver change, to enable the organisation to achieve their strategic goals.
Most recently, David has the worked on the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme in NHS England & Improvement for a range of SLT members, he designed an operating model and transformation roadmap for an educational charity, and undertook an independent review of TMT client’s product.
Prior to joining Moorhouse, David was part of the transformation function at Nationwide Building Society, the world’s largest building society. Having worked on the regulatory and digital projects, he has been involved in end-to-end delivery in both agile and waterfall environment, having undertaken both Business Analyst and Project Management roles.
David is also a trustee of two charities, supporting them to achieve their charitable objectives by working with trustees and directors to set the strategy, as well as managing the charity finances and governance.Back
