Dominic is our Agile Lead at Moorhouse with a passion in creating environments where people can strive in their development and apply agile. Whether that is through gamification or simply organising workflows to become visual. His versatility in delivering agile related capabilities comes from his experience in working with numerous functional areas beyond technology that include HR, finance and operations in adopting agile ways of working. His core strength in building relationships has resulted in him being a trusted advisor to coach and or mentor across multiple clients to date.
His background historically has been in project and financial management that include working in the following sectors: Government, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, Rail Infrastructure, SMEs and Financial Services.
Some of his notable engagements include the Expleo M&A, in which he led on a French and German integration within the People Services function that included culture change and digitalisation. Whilst at GSK and BT he was heavily involved in educating and transitioning teams to work in agile environments. His sharing of knowledge has also been incorporated into Moorhouse via the agile academy learning and scrum simulation tools.
Before Moorhouse, Dom joined from High Speed Two where he delivered business change initiatives across the organisation including project delivery and process improvement within the Commercial & Procurement department.
His previous unique role at Grant Thornton was to create and run projects that supported over 300 SMEs through the GrowthAccelerator programme focusing on leadership & management for senior entrepreneurs. All his experience originated through launching his career as a chartered accountant at PwC in Jersey specialising in Audit, Assurance and Advisory for a variety of financial service clients.
Dominic was raised in the United Arab Emirates through most of his childhood and has lived in Jersey in the Channel Islands before settling in Essex on the coast. Apart from cycling, sailing, travelling and playing 5-a-side football, Dominic has recently been awarded a Guinness World Records title and is a father to three girls and whippet called Magnus.Back
